Insomnia Problems? Read New Tips for Treatment of the Disorder

If you have insomnia then  you may feel good knowing that you are not alone. Let us just look at what the statistics tell us. Right now, it is estimated there are 32 million who have a prevalence of insomnia.But if you don't think that these statistics don't make you feel good, then it might be a good thing to no longer be a part of  the statistics. Here are some tips that you may still have not heard about that will help you with your insomnia. 

Sleep with your head facing north and obviously your feet facing south. The logical explanation to this would be that your body would align with the magnetic field of the planet thus bringing your own energies with those of Mother Earth. If you find it a bizarre tip then why not try it. No harm in trying it anyway. 

Wiggle your toes. The logic behind here is that through toe wiggling, the body is made to relax. When  you wiggle your toes, you are stimulating your entire body. The science of reflexology states that the feet area are master control panel for the rest of the body. The feet are meridians of  the body meaning that these meridians in the feet connect with every organ and every part of the whole body. If your energy flow is restricted, blocked or feeling tense, toe wiggling will help bring about relaxation and free-flowing energy. So start wiggling your toes up and down 12 times.  

Imagine that it is time to get up. Here's how it goes. You are to  imagine that you are not allowed to sleep. You are to imagine that your morning alarm clock has gone off and it is time to wake up and go to work. Then continue imagining that awesome feeling of trying to wake up but you are just so sleepy to do it that you want to fall back to sleep. Then imagine more, imagine that you have to take a bath, gargle your mouth or whatever unpleasant things you can think that you need to do when you are going to work. The more unpleasant, the more you want to stay in bed. Try it and experience how the mind through imagination can make our bodies sleepy. 

Another one would be getting your insomnia treated with Hyperbaric oxygen therapy. This therapy is a U.S. FDA approved treatment that uses pure oxygen and a hyperbaric chamber. The patient is required to stay inside a hyperbaric chamber to breathe in pressurized oxygen that lasts for less than an hour.
